What are your roles/responsibilities at Delphi Technologies?
I’m responsible for quality alerts and solutions for the technical visits from?suppliers, getting in touch with suppliers in case of?any quality problems, and all quality management relations with?suppliers.
What are your interests and?activities outside of work and?school?
Outside of?school and work, I like to practice artistic gymnastic, hang out with my friends and my nieces, and get to know new places. Playing sports provides benefits like discipline, concentration, and?teamwork.?
What is one interesting fact about you?
One interesting fact about me is that I have all my days occupied with different activities, because I like to seize my free time and with that deliver my best every day.?
If you could travel anywhere in the world right now where would you go and why?
If I could go to any place in the world right now, I would go to Maldives island, because it is a?heavenly, beautiful?island with?elevated temperatures in any time of the year.
What does your typical day look like?
My routine at work is to analyze?data and quality alerts and take action?to solve?problems with suppliers?to guarantee that Delphi Technologies has the best product. I also need to?keep up with technical visits with the suppliers. When needed, I send?parts to the suppliers to discover?the real problem of the product and take actions on that.
What has been the biggest takeaway from your experience thus far??
Of the uncountable things that I learned at Delphi Technologies so far, the most important was to solve problems in the fastest way possible to guarantee that the manufacturing team is not affected.
Where is home for you and how did that shape your upbringing?
For me, my home is where my family is and also gymnastics. My family always supports me?and helps me to follow my goals. Gymnastics has influenced me because it is a?sport that I always enjoy?practicing?and am dedicated to.?Because of gymnastics I was able to know other countries, know new people and have new friends, new knowledge and also do go to college as an athlete.?
What has been a challenge faced during your internship??
The biggest challenge was to learn the productive process and solve problems with agility to make sure that nothing would?spoil the work.
Any tips or advice for future interns?
My tip is to always want and be willing to learn, because with time that will always bring?new challenges.
What’s next for you or what are your career goals?
I hope to get the opportunity to be part of Delphi Technologies team and improve my knowledge and?be able to contribute to?the company.
